The following information applies to consumers within the meaning of the applicable law (natural persons concluding the contract for a purpose outside their trade, business or profession).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay us an amount proportionate to what has been performed until the time you informed us of your withdrawal, in accordance with applicable national law.
Services with an agreed date
For contracts for services (e.g. window cleaning, stairwell cleaning) with an agreed appointment: If you have expressly agreed that we start performing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal and right to reimbursement end when the service has been fully performed. Cancellation of the appointment is then subject to our Terms and Conditions (e.g. free cancellation until [X] hours before the appointment).
